Our Story
We are Antonio and Bethany, the founders of Azul Property Management. Based in Tamarindo, our work spans the beautiful coastal communities of Tamarindo, Langosta, Playa Grande, and Matapalo.
Antonio is originally from the south of Costa Rica and has called Guanacaste home for over 12 years. With a deep background in property management, HOA oversight, and technical expertise as a qualified AC technician, he brings a practical, hands-on approach and trusted local connections to every home we manage. Bethany, originally from the UK, moved to Costa Rica five years ago. She holds a Master’s Degree in Developmental Psychology and loves working with people, communication, problem solving, and organization; she manages guest communications, owner relations, and ensures the logistical heartbeat of the company runs flawlessly.
As a husband-and-wife team, we lead a close-knit group of reliable professionals we’ve worked with for years. Our growth has been driven largely by word of mouth, a testament to the personal trust we’ve built within our community. We fell in love with the lifestyle and natural beauty here, and we are proud to share the very best of Guanacaste with our homeowners and guests.
We are passionate about creating a stress-free experience for owners living abroad, caring for their homes as if they were our own. Having both traveled extensively, we understand deeply how much a comfortable, welcoming stay matters. For our guests, we strive to make every visit memorable, easy, and truly welcoming—from help with local tours to that first step into a clean, cool home.
